Not Tourist Anymore is a platform that connects travelers with local guides. We do not directly provide guide services and are not responsible for the conduct of locals or travelers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Local Guide Terms

Locals approved on our platform agree to provide honest, safe, and respectful experiences. Misrepresentation or harmful behavior will result in immediate removal.

5. Traveler Terms

Travelers agree to treat locals with respect, arrive on time for agreed experiences, and make payment as agreed. No-shows without notice are not acceptable.

6. Payments

Currently, payments are handled directly between travelers and locals. Not Tourist Anymore is not responsible for payment disputes at this time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or any conduct that could harm other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Not Tourist Anymore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
